What is a chiropractic adjustment?
Chiropractic adjustments involve the gentle movement of vertebrae in the spine. The purpose of these movements is to restore proper alignment of vertebrae that may have shifted due to various causes, ranging from everyday activities to acute and chronic injuries.
Misaligned vertebrae can have widespread effects on the body, impacting muscular function and the central nervous system. Proper spinal alignment and nerve flow are essential for optimal health and overall performance.
During an adjustment, a chiropractor may apply controlled pressure using their hands to realign a vertebra. This procedure is often painless, and many patients feel immediate relief.
not every patient is adjusted the same way. we recognize that every patient is unique, and their care should reflect that individuality. we believe in tailoring our care to meet the specific needs of each patient.
By taking into account factors such as your medical history, lifestyle, and any existing conditions, we can ensure that your adjustments are safe, effective, and tailored to meet your individual needs.
